Selling plant is a layered rooted bougainvillea and well established in a 8 to 10 inch cover as given in the sample size. Once you receive the plant remove from the plastic cover or  you can grow in the same cover adding more potting mixture to the cover or you can top up the plant with potting mixture and grow it.
